There are lots of different methods to read and write to other application's process memory in real time. The methods used are AoB (Array of Bytes, Byte Array or Byte Matching with Masking), DLL Injection with named pipes (to trigger internal functions) and reading/writing to memory addresses with module base addresses and offsets. Using this, we've built lots of video game cheat programs, a.k.a. game trainers.
Memory.dll is a library file that we use in our trainers and it can be imported in to other projects. It will give you all the functions necessary for doing program process memory minipulation. Including injection with pipe creation for calling internal functions from another process. If you want to use it in your next project, you can download it below!
